Request forms must be filled out and submitted to the church office AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. The church staff needs to review the church calendar and notify you regarding your request in a timely manner. Your event must be put on the church calendar before any advertisement is done.
The person(s) requesting this event will be responsible for the spiritual integrity of all activities during the event.
If using church funds, you must meet with the Financial Assistant to discuss ministry budget and any deposit or payment deadlines.
The person requesting this event will be responsible for:
-compliance with Faith Family's Child Protection Policy
-ensure that all volunteers working with children under the age of 18 years complete a background check through the church
-ensure that anyone transporting minors in their personal vehicle provide proof of insurance and complete a driving background check.
